Released payroll stays released
A released run is immutable. Corrections happen by reversal, off-cycle run, or an adjustment in a future period, so the figure you filed against never changes underneath you.
NexHRIS runs semi-monthly Philippine payroll so every line on every payslip resolves to the attendance record, approval and policy version it came from. When an employee asks why their pay is short, the answer is on screen instead of in a spreadsheet.
We are opening companies in batches. Leave your details and we will call you when yours is ready, then set it up with you.
What you are reserving
This is a real payslip from the system, on invented data. Select any line and it opens into the quantity, the rate, the formula, the date segments, who approved them and which policy version applied.

Before you release
Preflight states what is wrong in the terms you need to act on: how many employees, how many pesos, who owns the fix, and what to do next. What blocks release is separated from what only needs a decision.
Readiness, run of Sep 16 – 30

2 blockers still stand. A readiness score never clears a blocker, and a high score never unlocks release.
Blocks release
Assign a schedule or record approved leave
Blocks release
Add the account, or move this employee to cash release
Needs a call
Resolve each exception, or release with the exception on record
Needs a call
Confirm the carry-forward, or process as an off-cycle adjustment

Review the two date segments before approval
What holds it together
A released run is immutable. Corrections happen by reversal, off-cycle run, or an adjustment in a future period, so the figure you filed against never changes underneath you.
A missing time out is corrected by an overlay that sits on top of the original punch, carrying the actor, the reason and the timestamp. The device record stays exactly as it arrived.
Reopen a period from two years ago and it recomputes under the tables that were in force then, not today's. Filing artifacts come from a frozen snapshot of the run.
Payroll calculation is deterministic and uses decimal arithmetic, never floating point. The same inputs produce the same peso figure every time, and no language model takes part.
Where the build is today
When we set yours up we will run it against one of your own closed periods, so the first thing you see is your payroll rather than a demo company's.
